Before Nova could blink, she felt a sharp jolt in her back. Screaming in pain, she dropped to the floor, out like a light, while two police officers from the RCPD, cuffed her and chacked her for weapons.

The punch staggered Six, an augmented punch to the unprotected face always likely to leave a lasting bruise, though it would seem the Spartan pulled his punch merely just making it hurt like hell rather than mangling him.

Six recovered to his feet only to find his foe gone, no doubt due to some kind of active camoflague system, "Damnit."

Andrew caught the jacket with one hand, slipping it on. "Thank you kindly, Ms. Aya." Andrew smiled slightly at the fact that this jacket probably meant a lot to Aya, and she had given it to him. Or he was overthinking things and she just kept it around because she could.

The pair stepped into town, where the snow had begun to collect on the ground, covering the sidewalk and streets.

"That's okay." Aya looked around, trying to find a restaurant of sorts, a pizza place in prefrence. But then, they could get something else, if needed. It was past twelve, she knew that much. They needed to get food back for the others, or they'd get rowdy.

Or worse, and think last night had happened again, but with them this time. Then things could get hairy, everyone running out here with an armory loaded on their backs. She honestly didn't want to be in jail any longer, so she hoped on one would get a horrible idea like that.

"So, do you want to eat inside whatever restaurant we find, or wait and bring it all back to the others in the mansion?" Andrew asked, keeping pace with Aya. He glanced at her a few times, but most of his time was spent glancing at the various positions he could be attacked from. Despite knowing he was no longer in the wasteland, it was a habit he couldn't break. Hell, it'd probably be for the best. Being alert in a large city couldn't hurt.

"Bring it back. Come to think of it, we should probably just order the pizza into the house. That way, it can be delivered fine. I guess we just find a pizza hut, and go ahead in. Actually....how about you order the pizza. It'd help with your adjustment to this world. Just don't pull a gun on anyone...m'kay?" Aya spied a pizza hut sigh nearby, through the icy snow drift. It was getting really worse now....she hoped they weren't iced in for the night, you didn't keep the UN represenitive waiting.

But then, why were they going to London England for this? It made no real sense to her, to be honest. Shouldn't they just come to America....?

"Hey, I've dealt with Caravans a few times. Mostly just kept Raiders off their back. I never was very good at bartering, though..." Andrew followed Aya's gaze through the snow drift towards a Pizza Parlor, which he began to walk to next to her. He remembered combat in Anchorage. They'd fought in worse. The snow had been so bad you couldn't see fifteen feet infront of you.

Needless to say, there was a lot of friendly fire.

"So, do you know the address of that Mansion?"

"Dunno. Just give tell them its the mansion on the hill." Aya opened the door, releasing the smell of fresh pizza.

"Wonderful." Andrew laughed very lightly, stepping inside the restaurant and stepping up to the counter. He scanned the menu's for a moment, before choosing two large cheese pizzas, and a large peparoni pizza before laying one $20 bill on the counter. He told the man to deliver it to 'the mansion on the hill', much to the guy's annoyance, before turning around and walking over to Aya.

"Well... that went well." The Knight glanced outside at the practical blizzard, giving a low whistle. "We're gonna have to go back out in that? You better take your jacket back." Andrew began to pull off the Jacket to give to Aya, unknowing of the fact that the cold couldn't harm her.

"It's fine. I won't be needing it, but you most certainly will." Aya opened the door, feeling the cold winter air rush in. Well, for the others, anyway. She was fairly warm and toasty, even with some of her skin being open to winters fury. Being an evolved being did have some perks, afterall...

Given it took them around two hours to get to town, and search and find a pizza place, it'd probably take longer to get back. The snow would certainly slow them down, at the least. Hopefully they wouldn't be so late that the others went after them, or something like that.

Andrew shrugged, putting on the jacket and stepping outside into the raging snowstorm. He began to walk next to Aya, glancing around as the snow began to reduce his ability to see long distances.

The former Marine's heart rate began to rise suddenly, and his breathing increased. The man broke into a cold sweat, as if out of nowhere. All of the sudden, he'd gone from walking in a peaceful city, wearing normal clothes; to wearing Combat Armor and carrying an assault rifle in his hands. The stattico of automatic fire, and booming ring of artillary circling in his ears.

He was back in Anchorage.

"Oh fuck oh fuck oh fuck oh fuck oh fuck!" He began to mumble to himself, as all of the blurry figures in the snow turned into Red Army Soldiers carrying Type-92 Chinese Assault Rifles. Next to him, like a mirrage had appeared out of the ground, were American Soldiers. Using suppressive fire and flanking manuevers to move up the street.

That was until a Chimera Tank plowed through a wall, turning it's massive laser cannon onto the men. To Andrew, it's weapon was worse than a Tank's smoothbore cannon. Instead of entirely obliterating a man, and leaving really nothing to find, it would instead blow them into large bloody chunks, still rather visible with the human eye. It would also cause a major meltdown, burning men into ash.

The sudden dump of adrenaline, and memory, made Andrew sit down right where he was standing, tucking his head between his legs and wrapping his arms around his knee's shaking.

"Andrew?" Aya dropped down next to him, placing her hand on his back, rubbing up and down, trying to sooth him. She placed the other hand into the ice cold snow, to give her some support while she crouched down, her hand deep under the snow line. She leaned in closer, near his ear, but not close enough to get hit by him if he jumped up or anything. Se didn't want that, or anything along those lines; she didn't want to get distracted by a little pain when someone needed her help. It was her job, after all, to help who she could. It was something she believed in, and something she was gunna see through to the very bitter end.

"Andrew, listen to me. I'm here for you right now. Look up, look up at me. I'll drag you up if you want, but I don't want you like this. I don't like to see anyone ever like this, to be like this. And I wouldn't let someone I care about feel like this ever in my prescene." Brea kept a soothing tone, calm to the core, as she spoke into his ear, keeping her voice low, but still firm. It was important he get up soon. She didn't want him catching a cold out here, right now.

Andrew continued to shake as explosions went off all around him, showering him in blackened and scorched dirt, and probably bits of his friends. Gunfire snapped all around, kicking up asphalt as they shattered into the ground. There was some noise, deep in his inner-ear. It reminded him of the whistle of a mortar. It started off low, barely audible throughout the firefight.

The whistle began to get louder and louder, along with the pained screams of dying men. Men he'd killed, and men he'd failed to save. Eventually the noise was so blaring it completely blocked out the raging war around him, until-

All of the sudden the noise stopped, along with the tormented scene he'd just witnessed. All he could hear was soothing words in his ear, and a hand on his back. He couldn't even feel the snow beneath him.

Andrew stood up and twisted, hugging Aya who was standing next to him before he knew what was happening. He was a little kid again, needing comfort after a nightmare.

Then it hit him what he was doing. The Knight let go and took a step back, clearing his throat. "I'm, uh... sorry about that."

"Hey...." Aya latched onto Andrew, squeezing him to the point of near killing him with her ungodly strength. She held him tight for as long as she could, heating the air around the two so that the snow wouldn't even touch the pair, and that they would be warm. She whispered into his ear;

"You're a good man born into the wrong time. You were put into a place you shouldn't have been, and probably regret a lot.... You remind me of Kyle so much."

Andrew wrapping his arms around Aya and rested his chin on her shoulder as she pulled him close. He ignored the constriction of her tight hug. It was probably the most loving thing anyone had given him for what felt like, and could very well be, years.

The man remained silent as Aya spoke softly to him, just enjoying the warmth and saftey she seemed to radiate. She mentioned a name she didn't recognize, Kyle. He remembered the ring on her finger, he must've been her fiance. Her comparing Andrew to him... it made him feel odd, somehow.

A few more moments passed in silence. Andrew was no longer wearing his Winterized Combat Armor. There was no longer fire and bullet shells and bodies littering the streets.

After a moment Andrew pulled his head back to look down at Aya, still hugging her. "Thank you Aya. I needed that." He thanked the woman he was holding, his voice much calmer now that the episode had passed.

"That's fine. I've always tried to help people as much as possible. That being said? I'm going to get home before you." Aya gave a geniune smile, before literally running at her full speed up the road, towards the house on the mountain. She'd let him win, he deserved that much. But this would be fun enough, well, for her. He'd probably get soaked. And little did she know that they would be leaving earlier than expected.

"Oh really?" Andrew returned the smile as he chased after Aya, moving rather quickly now that he didn't have all of his gear on. Aya had a headstart, and Andrew knew she was fast. But he didn't really care who won, as long as it got his mind off his past. And winning wasn't everything.

The Knight caught up behind Aya as she slowed, but he didn't pass her. He instead matched her speed, chosing to stick next to her as they reached the mansion.

Of course, they reached the place at the same time after a long while of running through the snow, during which Andrew became soaking.

"Heh, should I go inside like this?" He asked Aya, standing on the front porch while looking down at his soaked pants.

"I guess you can. Let the tax payers worry about it, eh?" Aya smiled, stepping over to the oak door, opening it for Andrew. She gave a bow, and held it until he passed her by. She liked playing around. That is, when she felt like playing around; other times, it wasn't that fun for her.

"Thank you, my lady." Andrew returned the smile as he stepped inside the mansion, then turned around and grasped the edge of the door to allow Aya access. He still had a sense of chivalry, despite his background.

Saber kept running towards her target destination, now clad in her typical armor, speeding past the large snow drifts easily. It was supposed to clear up soon enough, so that would be good enough, she supposed. They'd have an easier time on the flight out of the country, back to her homeland of England. To be honest, she didn't know much about this one, but it was good enough to her, in a manner of speaking.

That of course, wasn't true; they were keeping them around to be used, nothing more, nothing less. But being a weapon was what Saber had been for her entire life, and after life. Well, not neccesarily afterlife. Unlike other heroic spirits...she wasn't exactly dead yet. Her real, physical body was still laying down against a tree, with a fatal wound inflicted by her own....no. That thing was not her blood. It was artificial, something she had loved despite that, and in retribution it had killed her....

Saber ascended a sky scraper, using her gravity defiance to its full effect. Her target was berserker class, that much she knew; at the least, she could ascertain is strengths and weaknesses before she left for England. She didn't like the idea of a berserker running loose about the city, but she was more worried that its Master would try to kill innocent humans to give it more strength. That being said, Berserkers usually had some sort of divinity, to account for their insane, mad strength. She would have to be wary, and careful; a Berserker didn't have to be a demi-god to be a "Berserker" per say. Any hero who flew into an extreme, uncontrollable rage in life could be considered a Berserker. Saber finally reached the top of the building, her enemy standing with his back to her, overlooking the city, seemingly calm.

He had brown hair, and an overly muscled body, and was extremely tall. Typical of a average berserker class epic hero. The problem- or weird thing was the fact that he was calm. He wasn't trying to actively kill her at the moment, a weird thing to say at the least. Generally, Berserkers were pretty damned insane, always recklessly attacking. A blunt tradeoff for their god like strength. But if this one could keep intelligent thought, whilst having the insane power of a berserker....

The man slowly turned around, wearing some sort of ancient Greek armor. Didn't this idiot want to fit in? But then, she was wearing armor herself....and he was a berserker. Probably insane...but still- The thought was interrupted by the Berserker actually talking.... strange indeed. She wondered if this Holy Grail war would include an Avenger class as well. That would be....either the weakest class, or even a direct challenge to the mighty berserker/Saber class.

"Hello, my tiny friend. I didn't feel like coming to you, and to be honest, my Master doesn't want to be on the frontlines. What a coward. I assume you're weapon is hidden?" The man looked at her intently, now fully facing her, a large spear, at least double his height next to him. Weird, she had remembered about a legend about someone who used a weapon such as that.... to large for a normal warrior to handle- Saber cut off the kinky thought before it could manifest, and then tightened her grip around her invisible sword, having left Joyeuse back at the house.

"You must be the Saber class. And being a Saber, that must be a sword." The berserker gave a grim smile, then waited for Sabers response, finding that this conversation was getting one sided, with Sabers apparent ignoring him. Generally, he would do the same; just get the fight over with. But, he wanted to know his enemy, at least, a little, for once. Especially if it was a Saber.

"Could be an Axe. Halberd. Scythe, even." Saber tightened her grip around the invisible sword, prepared to start this fight, or skirmish really. She hadn't planned on attacking a Berserker head on, without a plan. Just a little combat data, then she could retreat back to the mansion, and tell her Master.

Saber decided to start, rushing at Berserker, appearing at his side within a few seconds, making an arcing slash at an angle, aimed at his side. Her veiled sword simply impacted at the area below the arm pits, before hitting to much resistance. It didn' even scratch him....

And of course, Berserker had retaliated. He threw a flying punch, to fast for ever her to comprehend, straight into her armored gut, sending shockwaves through her body. She went flying- almost off the roof- but she recovered quick enough to stop just at the very edge, nearly falling off; possibly to her death. Her armor wasn't really harmed, being quite durable, as she was a heroic spirit after all. But that resistance had disturbed her. In theory, a very powerful mage could cast reinforcement strong enough to block even high caliber bullets, or gigantic explosions. But a Noble Phantasm, a relic of heroic spirits past deeds, should've been able to cut through that easily. Her sword, her noble phantasm, even weakened by being sheathed in invisible air, should've cut through him like butter.

But it hadn't. It couldn't possibly be reinforcement cast on his skin, then. It had to be some sort of passive noble phantasm, from this heroes past. The pieces were beginning to come together; Only two heroes of this recognition and power had ever been immune to almost all forms of harm. And this man was indefinitely not Siegfried. He had to be the one and only..... Saber smiled, ready to fall back for now, content with her discovery.

"There's only one hero with an ability like that....you may be a very powerful epic hero...but your weakness is very well known... Achilles." Saber smiled, as the Berserker class shook his head, in response. It seemed he didn't want to continue this battle either, for now. That, or his Master wanted to bid time for something; never a good sign in her eyes. Saber jumped off the building in a backflip, ready to return. He didn't stop her. He must've had a very cowardly Master, to say the least... But then, her Master was idiotic at best by trying to fight alongside her. Had he been present currently, he would’ve died; there was no argument with that.

Back on that sky scraper was one of the most famous heroes to ever exist, one even her sword couldn’t cut through. And though it was sheathed in invisible air, that made it invisible at the cost of power, it would still be tough to fight him. She’d need to reveal the sword to fight him, and everyone could recognize her sword, easily revealing her identity, and exposing her. With that said, while sheathed, her sword simply wasn’t enough; it couldn’t cut through something like that. And even with projection, while she could project a powerful sword, it would be inferior to the original, and she needed raw power here. This ability of his, brought on by his bath in the River Styx, would be a problem. Not to mention the nigh indestructible armor he wore, that was a gift from the gods. This was not good….

Raccoon City Downtown- post leave for Warhammer.

And how do I get you back?

You don't.

"You can has cheeseburger."

"Thank you," Collins said as he swiped his greasy Big Mac from the hands of a foreign man. A foreign man, who could quite possibly be a spy from another country.

I smell a conspiracy coming on! He thought.

He sat down at the bar- it was a nice McDonald's, with a few flat screens. One, in the corner was playing Dora the Explorer on NickJr. Collins wanted to smash the T.V. Another screen, thankfully, was playing the news. The news was better, but both sucked anyway. He decided that he would rather eat his sandwich than watch the screens, however shiny and bright and distracting they were. So, with this thought in mind, he took a bite of-

They forgot the onions. Proof that Latin America was out to murder him.

He gritted his teeth mentally and physically, bearing the mistake as best he could. There would be no point to scolding them now that the mistake had been acted out. He knew now that he should've gone to the falafel place. With a sigh, he set deeper into his sandwich, still finding it tasty but not satisfying. Very soon, he was done. His late lunch was over, and now it was time to take a look around downtown Raccoon City, and see what was happening. Que pasa, all that good stuff.

+-+-+

And then he was in the center of town, where there was a nice park. It was rather small, yes, but it was still cute to see the kiddies running around and enjoying themselves. It brought back fond memories, memories of his not-so-distant childhood. He walked around a bit to get a better feel of it- it was cool, to him. There was a forest section, a more traditional park section, a medium sized playground, a lake area. He decided that he liked the lake the most, and sat down on a bench at the bank. He sat, looked up at the sky, and wondered about how he had gotten here.
