Personality: Lia is very odd for a Quarian, being more open to others than most in her race, but still prefers to keep her appearance unknown to any other than herself, with the exception of a significant other should she find one. She cares for the well beings of others, but will not hesitate to kill you if you on the spot if she is angered though not usually quick to anger.

Biography: At the age of 10, Lia's parents were killed in an attack by pirates. She had escaped with a few others while the ship was destroyed. At age 18 Lia was prepared for her pilgrimage into the galaxy. Before she left on her quest, she received a modified shotgun from the Quarian couple that had adopted her in the absence of her deceased parents. During her pilgrimage, she saw what the galaxy was really like and how her people were really viewed. She was almost arrested for being accused of thievery based upon her race. All of this ingrained a deep hatred for the other races that she still lives with. The only true kindness she saw was from a few humans. Upon returning to the flotilla, she brought with her a salvaged Turian frigate that was still in fairly good condition.
After she was accepted into the crew of the Tonbay, she began to listen to the politics. The subject of Geth was a very common and controversial topic and she agreed with Admiral Daro'Xen's stance and idea to bring the Geth back under Quarian control. She not only agreed with this, she thought that the use of AIs should not be illegal as the Citadel Council had previously declared. She began to create her own AI, but she was soon discovered. She was tried by the Admiralty Board and sentenced to exile. She was wiped from all ship manifests and registries, left to wander the galaxy on her own. Now she wanders the galaxy in her own personal ship, a freighter, that she uses to earn the credits to survive.
