Biography: Survived the Racoon City outbreak of '98, was inducted into the United States Secret Service not long after, in 2002 was sent to South America with Jack Krauser as part of Operation Javier, which ulitimately led to his falling out with Krauser which climaxed in 2004 when Agent Kennedy was sent to Spain in order to find the President's missing daughter, Ashley Granham. During this time, Kennedy managed to find Ashley, cure them both of their plagas growing in their stomachs, and kill Osmund Saddler, the man behind the whole incident. Along the way he also met up with Ada Wong, a woman he'd thought dead during the Racoon City incident. The next year he was sent to deal with an incident in Harvardville Airport, where he reunited with another of his past flings, Claire Redfield.
